ADMISSION INFORMATION
	Admissions Procedure 1. Schedule an appointment with the School Administrator for a visit. We encourage both parents to attend if possible, your child should not attend. During your visit, we will explain our philosophy and classroom procedures and give you an opportunity to ask questions an share information about your child and family. You will have time to observe in a classroom. We will discuss the type of program you are interested in for your child, and give you application forms to complete. 2. Submit completed application forms and the $35 application fee. Applications submitted prior to January 1 are in the first group to be considered for Fall enrollment. 3. By early February new applications will be acted upon based on the space available after re-enrollment (re-enrollment of returning students is completed in January). Applications received after January 1 are processed in the order they are received, with attention given to creating the desired age and gender mix in each classroom. 4. Upon acceptance, the registration fee and enrollment agreement must be returned within ten days to confirm that we should hold a space for your child. Registration fees paid in the Spring are non-refundable, and enrollment is considered final after the signing of the Enrollment Agreement. 5. Applications for Scholarship Assistance are taken until April 1 each Spring. Decisions about Scholarship funding are made prior to May 31st each year.
